About the Belfast Inclusion Festival and South Belfast Roundtable on Racism

About Us

The Belfast Inclusion Festival comprises some 45+ events and activities across the city during the month of June. All are free of charge and most will be held in local communities.

Promoting inclusion and celebrating diversity

The festival showcases a sample of the excellent work that routinely goes on throughout the city to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion. Much of this happens as the result of considerable voluntary effort and goodwill.

Doing more – with less

Once again we aim to demonstrate that, even in the current economic climate, many events continue to take place within shrinking budgets!

All credit goes to the individuals and organisations whose inherent creativity and dedication make things happen.

Spontaneously…

Although some events are planned in well advance, others come together at much shorter notice. Belfast Inclusion Festival aims to be as flexible as possible, responding swiftly to bring you news of events and activities as soon as we hear about them. Watch this space…

Including:

Performances of music, drama and spoken word, mural painting, football fixtures, dance events, a ‘Small World’ event, a mega clothes swap, art workshops, storytelling, exhibitions, a street barbeque, cookery demonstrations, food tasting, language classes for fun and more…

Can we help promote your event?

If you are planning an event or activity that:

  • Is inclusive
  • Is free of charge
